AAC-Pilates Mat Class - 110306

Pilates is an exercise method of body conditioning designed to strengthen mind and body creating a strong core and lean muscles. This class will focus on learning and perfecting the fundamental movements and techniques. This class is suitable for beginners but also great for the intermediate student allowing them to enhance their movements.

AAC- Barre Intensity - 110325

The Barre Intensity Class is a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. It fuses Pilates, dance and functional fitness training.

This Barre classes incorporates the following:
Small, isolated movement to fatigue the muscles
Large range of motion to elevate the heart rate
Sequences that incorporate upper and lower body

Stretching with Christine: Join us for a stretching class to improve your flexibility, mobility and joint health

Essentrics - Classical Stretch Class: Join us for a dynamic, gentle, full body, low impact workout combining stretching & strengthening. Through standing and floor work, this class will increase your flexibility and mobility.

Saturday Zumba: Have fun, burn calories, and dance your way to fitness with Zumba. Using Latin inspired rhythms, along with Pop songs and Oldies, you will master easy dance steps to obtain a full body workout. Relieve your stress, improve your coordination, and enjoy yourself all while getting your cardio done. No dance experience necessary. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and your smile.

Zumba After Hours: Zumba After Hours is a fitness class designed to be fun while dancing your way to fitness after work. Zumba After Hours will use Latin inspired rhythms, along with Pop songs and Oldies to obtain a full body workout. No dance experience is necessary. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and be ready to have fun!

Saturday Stretch & Toning: Combine strength exercises with body-sculpting toning. Use light weights and flexible tubing while performing multifunctional sets of exercises to build muscles in your arms, legs, core, and glutes. Emphasis is also placed on balance training. Come improve your strength and get sweaty with your friends.
